From the parable of the lost sheep in Luke 15, we are reminded that out of 100 sheep, Jesus will leave the 99 to go find the one lost sheep. Heart & Hands of East Texas, A Christian Job Corps Site, is also seeking the "ONES" who need His care. It is our desire to offer our services as a  resource for area churches as they encounter men and women in need of a job or job skills, fellowship or community, or mentoring and discipleship.
 
We are also looking to area churches for volunteers who are called to serve the men and women through our ministry. We need individuals who would like to invest their time into another as a personal mentor, cooking team member, job coach, or teacher's aide. The joy in stepping out to serve Him by serving the least of these is truly indescribable. 
 
To accomplish all that we do, we need financial support as well. We are seeking 50 churches, Bible study groups, community groups, businesses, or individuals as partners with a $100 per month pledge to help us reach our annual budget. 

In John 17, we see Jesus praying, not only for the disciples in his day, but for those to come. That includes us. He prays for our unity and love for one another so that the unbelievers will know that He is who He said He was.
